Arrive eye makeup-free. If you arrive wearing eye makeup, a $5 fee will be applied to your service to clean them. Clean lashes means great retention!

Avoid caffeine minimum 3 hours before your appointment. Caffeine can make your eyes flutter during the service making attachment of lashes more challenging.

48h notice is required when canceling or rescheduling.

Cancellation fee: 50% of service price.

Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

No shows are subject to the same cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.

In order for it to be considered a fill, you MUST have 40% of your lashes left. If there is less than 40% left you will be charged for a full set.

I do not accept foreign fills. If you have extensions from another lash technician a removal and full set is required. 

All new clients are required to send a $30 non-refundable deposit to bellaslashco@gmail.com to confirm the appointment. The deposit goes towards the cost of the service.
